Cwejman VM-1S being sequenced by midi through Yarns. I find the VM-1S great for quick and simple bass lines amongst other things. Can easily get quite clean round sounds to very acidy.

We're using the sequencer from the classic Roland SH-101 to play the Cwejman VM-1 Voice Module / Multimode Filter. The VM-1 is an incredible module that contains a versatile Cwejman oscillator as well as Cwejman's renowned Multimode filter. Unlike the MMF-1 the VM-1 gives you the "Mode Morph" knob which allows you to sweep through the different filter modes. These include low, band, and highpass. You also have the ability to fade between filtering the oscillator and an external audio source. The VM-1 has 7 different oscillator waveforms to choose from and includes a control knob for pulse width. It has audio outputs for the filter and the voice. The VM-1 also has a versatile envelope section, allowing you to control both amplitude and filter envelopes in conjunction or separately. The best thing is, it sounds great.

Cwejman gear is well known for being hard to get, and I'm surprised I was able to get my hands on this module. This particular filter is adds a couple features to their "standard" multi-mode filter: compression and saturation, combined with a VCA. Micro-Brute internal sequencer clocks the Doepfer A155 that triggers the 909 Kick from Tip Top Audio. It also controls the Cwejman VM-1 that gose in the Z-DSP with Halls of Valhalla into 2 Instant Lofi Junkie. The Micro-Freak controls the Verbos Harmonic oscillator. They both go into Strymon Magneto. All is played live no overdub.
This is a demonstration of the Cwejman SM-1 synthesiser module. After my live SM-1 module demo for AU-CV, there were many requests for a YouTube demo. I have now delivered. Designing some hi-hats from scratch: RF-Nomad radio module into MMF-1S. Modulated by Cwejman CTG-VC
No additional machinery used. This patch shows a very small part of the PWM capabilities of the S1. 2 modulated OSCs into 1 filter each hardpanned L/R.
The beautiful Cwejman SM-1 self patched and combining the MMF and voice outputs to create the full body of sound. There were no additional modules or post processing. This is just the raw sound of a Cwejman SM-1 and nothing else.

A short video demonstrating the side chaining capabilities of the new Cwejman VC-SC. This demo is using the module in mono mode incase that is not clear in the video. There are not many Eurorack compressors on the market yet, and this new one from Cwejman certainly sounds very nice in my opinion.

This has to be one of the greatest eurorack modular filters available. There is such a beautiful clarity to it, rich and versatile. This is just resonance, it's sort of annoying but you get a sense of the massive tone the MMF-1 is capable of. Multimode indeed! Dual bandpass kicks......well you get it. At the beginning of July 2018 SchneidersLaden had the opportunity to welcome Wowa Cwejman again. The occasion was the presentation of four new modules. Wowa Cwejman was so kind to give us an overview of these modules in the large showroom of SchneidersLaden, together with Tom Körting they went through all new aspects of the modules and patched some sound examples. An ambient patch my S1 did with me. No additional modules, sequencers,MIDI was used on this patch. I´m mainly just fading in and out the oscillators. Ambience provided by Boss RV-3. (Unfortunately the camera compression makes it a bit drenched, sorry) Hope you enjoy it.
