Ramaria Sp (Posiblemente Ramaria aurea) Por: Manu Merino Español, English, Français La ramaria que hoy os comparto coincide en muchos de sus rasgos con la Ramaria aurea, pero consultando con colegas no estamos seguros al 100%, por lo que la identifico como Ramaria SP. Las ramarias amarillas como la que hoy os presento son muy difíciles de identificar, ya que se pueden confundir en nuestra zona con otras tres ramarias, la R Flava, la R. flavescens comestibles con precauciones y con la Ramaria formosa que es tóxica. Hay que recurrir al microscopio, pero aun así, a veces no tienes todas las evidencias para asegurar su identificación. En este caso no he visto fíbulas en las hifas y por ello creo que debería ser aurora, aunque las esporas las esperaba más estrechas. Espero que los detalles del video puedan ayudar a otras personas a la hora de estudiar las ramarias. Características: -Carpóforo: En forma de coral o coliflor, de hasta unos 20 cm de ancho y 14 de alto. Con un tronco basal grueso, ancho y corto, de color blanco, de donde salen unas gruesas ramas que se van ramificando varias veces hasta alcanzar su altura definitiva. Las ramificaciones son de color amarillo huevo cuando son jóvenes y ocre cuando son adultas, debido al color que dejan las esporas. Las ramificaciones acaban en puntas obtusas - Pie: Formado por un tronco basal macizo, grueso, corto y ancho, de color blanco en la parte enterrada por el humus y la hojarasca y ocre el resto. -Carne: Compacta, blanca inmutable, tierna. De olor y sabor agradable -Comestibilidad: Comestible con precauciones, ya que en crudo es tóxica y cocinada puede ser purgante. Y en todo caso comer ejemplares jóvenes y en poca cantidad. -Hábitat: En nuestra zona crece entre la hojarasca de hayedos -Lugar: Álava, País Vasco -Época: Principalmente septiembre y octubre Confusiones: Con otras ramarias amarillas como la Ramaria flava y la Ramaria Flavescens prácticamente iguales y con la Ramaria formosa (tóxica), que aunque en su juventud tiene una coloración rosadas, con las esporas va cambiando a ocre, con lo que se puede confundir con las anteriores. Características del género Ramaria. Setas comunmente llamadas "corales del bosque" por su belleza y forma.
Рамария жёсткая (Ramaria stricta) Рамария жёсткая (прямая) (Ramaria stricta), рогатик прямой – гриб семейства Гомфовых (Gomphaceae), относится к роду Рамария (Ramaria). Внешнее описание Рамария жёсткая (прямая) (Ramaria stricta) имеет плодовое тело с большим количеством разветвлений. Его окрас варьируется от светло-жёлтого до коричневого или буроватого. На месте повреждения или вдавливания мякоти цвет становится бордово-красным. Разветвления плодового тела преимущественно одинаковые по высоте, располагаются практически параллельно друг другу. Диаметр ножки у жёстких рамарий не превышает 1 см, а её высота – 1-6 см. По цвету ножка – светло-жёлтая, у некоторых экземпляров может иметь фиолетовый отлив. Мицелиальные тяжи, похожие на тонкие нити (или скопление самого мицелия) у прямых рогатиков располагаются вблизи основания ножки. Сезон и местообитание гриба Ареал произрастания рогатика жёсткого обширен. Этот вид распространён на территории Северной Америки и Евразии. Найти этот вид можно и в России (чаще – на Дальнем Востоке и в европейской части страны). Рамария жёсткая развивается в смешанных и хвойных лесах, где преобладают ели и сосны. Гриб хорошо растёт на гнилой древесине, но иногда его можно встретить и на земле, в окружении лесных кустарников. Съедобность Рамария жёсткая (прямая) (Ramaria stricta) относится к категории несъедобных грибов. Мякоть гриба – горькая на вкус, острая, имеет приятный аромат. Сходные виды и отличия от них Характерные разветвления на плодовом теле не дадут спутать рогатик прямой с какими-либо другими видами несъедобных грибов. Другая информация о грибе Существуют противоречивые мнения относительно того, к какому семейству относится описываемый вид. Выше было указано, что он является частью семейства Гомфовые. Но также есть мнение, что Рогатик прямой – из семейства Рогатиковых (Clavariaceae), Рамариевых (Ramariaceae) или Лисичковых (Cantharellaceae). Genul Ramaria, foarte bogat în specii, destul de dificil de identificat cu metodele rudimentare (de cele mai multe ori este nevoie de microscopie, amprentă spori etc). Am găsit-o în pădure de foioase, cu fag și stejar, undeva la lizieră. Am presupus că ar fi Ramaria formosa, având un singur indiciu dat de prezența celor trei culori, mai cu seamă la exemplarul tânăr; baza albicioasă, mijlocul corpului fructifer în nuanță roz-somon și vârfurile gălbui-pal. Are o carne albă, consistentă și un miros plăcut.

Žuta Capica / Žuta Koralka - Lat. Ramaria Flava Plodno tijelo : 8-20 cm visoko, razvija se iz krupnog gomoljastog Dna i koraljno razgranjuje u tupe dvodijelne vrhove, žute boje. Panj : Debeo ,bjelkast i krhak. Grančice: nepravilno razmještanje,cilindrične, mekane i lomljive, Žute boje, okomito postavljene. Stanište : raste ljeti i u jesen u listopadnim i crnogoričnim šumama. Upotrebljivost : jestiva , budite oprezni! Napomena: Sve su capice izvanredno slične i samo neke se mogu sa Sigurnošću determinirati. Žuta capica se dok je mlada, lako razlikuje po Lijepoj žutoj boji. Oprez mora biti uvijek prisutan pri ubiranju capica jer su Od reda prilično problematične. Mlade su u većini slučajeva jestive, ali stare I razmočene od kiša izazivaju teške probavne smetnje, sa dugotrajnim Proljevom. Zlatna capica ( Ramaria Aurea ) je takodjer jestiva,ali potpuno Mlada i zdrava. Vrlo brzo mijenja boju,tako da je mogućnost zamjene s Drugim capicama dosta velika.
Рамария обыкновенная (Ramaria eumorpha) Рамария обыкновенная — один из наиболее распространенных из лесных видов рогатиковых грибов. Сильно разветвленные плодовые тела жёлто-охряного цвета растут небольшими группами в тенистых местах на мертвом покрове под сосной или елью, иногда они образуют кривые линии или полные «ведьмины круги». Описание Плодовое тело высотой от 1,5 до 6-9 см и шириной от 1,5 до 6 см. Разветвлённое, кустистое, со стройными вертикально-прямыми веточками. Цвет равномерный, бледно-охряный или охряно-коричневый. Мякоть: у молодых экземпляров хрупкая, позднее жестковатая, резинистая, светлая. Запах: не выражен. Вкус: с небольшой горчинкой. Споровый порошок: охряный Сезон и местообитание Лето-осень, с начала июля до октября. Растёт на подстилке в хвойных лесах, обильно, часто, ежегодно. Съедобность Условно-съедобный (в некоторых справочниках — съедобный) гриб низкого качества, используется свежим после отваривания. Чтобы избавиться от горечи, в некоторых рецептах рекомендуется длительное, 10-12 часов, вымачивание в холодной воде, несколько раз меняя воду. Сходные виды Гриб похож на Рамарию желтую, у которой более жесткая мякоть. Феоклавулина пихтовая (Phaeoclavulina abietina) в своей охряной вариации тоже может быть очень похожа на Рогатик Интвала, однако у Phaeoclavulina abietina мякоть при повреждении стремительно зеленеет. Примечание: Название «Рогатик еловый (Ramaria abietina)» указывается синонимом как к Ramaria Invalii, так и к Phaeoclavulina abietina, но следует понимать, что в данном случае это омонимы, а не один и тот же вид.
