Es-tu un ectomorphe ? Ou un endomorphe ? Ou, peut-être, es-tu un chanceux mésomorphe ? Chaque personne a un type de corps spécifique, et connaître le tien peut être d'une grande aide si tu veux bâtir le corps dont tu as toujours rêvé. Regarde Usain Bolt si tu veux un bon exemple. C’est un ectomorphe. Ce sont ces chanceux qui peuvent manger ce qu'ils veulent et n'ont jamais de poignées d'amour ou un derrière trop généreux. Ensuite, il y a les endomorphes. Ce sont exactement les opposés du type précédent : petits, trapus, et avec une tendance à prendre du poids à la suite de chaque miette mangée après le déjeuner. Et enfin, les chanceux mésomorphes. Pourquoi chanceux ? Eh bien, parce qu'ils ont ce parfait équilibre de muscle et de graisse, ainsi qu'une capacité naturelle pour transformer leur corps au gré de leurs envies, et ce, rapidement. Par contre, il y a toujours un côté positif, car les endomorphes sont naturellement plus puissants que les ectomorphes, et ils font d'excellents culturistes ou haltérophiles. - Les mésomorphes perdent leur volume aussi facilement, donc ce n'est pas comme s'ils faisaient une promenade dans le parc et rentraient à la maison les jambes broyées. - Bien évidemment, ces trois types de corps ne sont pas catégoriques, et on peut se trouver à mi-chemin entre deux catégories. - Régime ectomorphe. D'abord et avant tout, commence par prendre des protéines. Les protéines sont les éléments de base pour les muscles et, combinées aux glucides, elles t'aideront à prendre de la masse. Le problème ici, c'est que tu devrais être prêt à manger beaucoup plus que ce que tu manges depuis des années, car ton métabolisme est généralement plus rapide que celui des autres personnes et tu as besoin de plus de nutriments pour nourrir tes muscles. - Les endomorphes sont ceux qui ont le plus de mal à perdre du poids. Le bon côté des choses, cependant, et c'est là que nous souhaitons en venir, c'est que tu n'as pas vraiment besoin de courir pendant des heures et d'inonder le tapis roulant de sueur. Pour redonner du volume à la partie supérieure du corps et atténuer cette silhouette en poire, il faut premièrement se défaire de sa bedaine, puis faire de l'haltérophilie de façon intense. - Régime mésomorphe. Ton type de corps te permet de te libérer de toutes tes zones flasques sans trop de mal, et la plupart des mésomorphes abusent de cette caractéristique sympa de leur corps. Donc, pour profiter au maximum de ton corps athlétique, entraîne-toi pour atteindre tes objectifs. Cela signifie que tu devrais faire un peu de tout, mais avec modération, en te fixant certains objectifs. Itulah kenapa latihan Anda harus seimbang. Anda tidak hanya harus melakukan latihan resistensi, tapi juga Anda memerlukan latihan untuk daya tahan tubuh guna menjaga presentase kadar lemak tetap terkontrol. Dans un premier temps il faut comprendre que votre corps et votre morphotype actuel est la source de votre histoire, c'est-à-dire que vous n’êtes pas arrivé sur terre avec un corps ectomorphe qui le sera toute votre vie, en effet c'est votre alimentation, le sport et votre mode de vie qui fait votre corps et votre morphotype. Now even though it's definitely true that people come in all different shapes and sizes and have different frames... the big boned Theory makes sense if you have a couple extra pounds and you have a large frame but it's not like being 30 pounds overweight can be explained by your bones. Even though the big boned thing may not be as true as many wish to believe, there are three different body types and in today's video I want to teach you exactly how to figure out what category you're in and what's the best strategy to build the maximum amount if muscle and burn the maximum amount of fat for your particular body. You can think of these body types as three catgories and one of the categories will describe your body a whole lot better than the other two. These three categories are the mesomorph the ectomorph and the endomorph. To give you a brief overview the ectomorph has a tough time putting on weight and is naturally lanky and lean, the endomorph is the exact opposite side of the spectrum. This person will usually be larger in appearance with heavier fat accumulation and little muscle definition. They find it hard to drop the weight even though they might have already tried several diets or workout programs. Then last but not least we have the mesomorph which is considered the ideal body type 4 bodybuilding Aesthetics. This is the person that is naturally muscular and can build muscle fairly easily while staying lean. Even though the mesomorph body type is what most people want there are plenty of endomorph and ectomorphs that have made amazing transformations. And I'm going give you the tips that you need for your exact body type also refered to as your somatotype. I want to start first with the ectomorph because that's the one that most people trying to lose weight wish they were. Here are some easy features you can look for to identify if your an ectomorph.....An ectomorph normally has a thin lean lanky type of physique. Usually they have long thin limbs with stringy muscles. Its very easy for ectomorphs to lose weight and to stay skinny year round. However it's also super difficult for ectomorphs to gain muscle mass or any kind of weight for that matter. If you're a true ectomorph you clicked on this video most likely looking for a method to build some muscle or to tone up which for you would be done by mostly building muscle since you're probably already lean. Ectomorphs are also referred to as hardgainers and they have this nickname obviously because it's so difficult for them to pack on muscle. To summarize... in order to identify if your an ectomorph check for a flat chest, small shoulders, a stereotypical "fast metabolism," lanky limbs, and if you have a hard time gaining weight. Good examples of ectomorphs are Brad Pitt and kate Moss. If you're an ectomorph trying to gain muscle the best tips for you are ... number one you have to make sure that you're going heavy in all of your exercises. I want you to take long breaks and lift the heaviest weight load you can lift for 5 to 8 reps of mostly compound exercises. And then always look for ways to up that weight. Also you should be eating a very high calorie diet like I'm talking about forcing food down and at least 60 percent of your calories should be coming from carbohydrates. the carbs will help keep you in an anabolic mode.... which reminds me...in order to stay in a muscle building mode ectomorphs should do their best to stay away from cardio all together. you do not need to be burning any extra calories. If you're more of an endomorph definitely don't take that advice you'll need a different strategy. For identification purposes an endomorph will have a substantial amount of fat accumulation, a large appetite, trouble dropping weight, a larger frame, and low muscle definition because the muscle is covered by a layer of fat. Think of jack black and queen latifa. Those would be considered endomorphs. For endomorphs the training advice about trying to lift heavy remains the same except you would want to incorporate as much cardio as possible unlike the ectomorphs. Different body types, men and women. Which body type are you? Dr. Waseem explains how different body types can stay fit. Different body types have different nutritional demands. Once you work out and plan your diet according to your body type, you will achieve maximum results in a short time. - How many body types are there? Everybody type has its own advantages and disadvantages. You can transform your body type through proper diet and exercise. There are three types of body: ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. - Ectomorph Body Type Ectomorphs find it hard to gain weight. They have thin and long limbs with a very fast metabolism. Ectomorphs mostly target to gain weight. It is recommended for them to have a balanced diet and exercise. Strength training and compound exercises like lunges and squats help them gain muscle. They should avoid cardiovascular exercises. Ectomorphs should increase their carbohydrate intake. Their diet should contain 50% carbs, 30% proteins, and 20% fats. If you set a proper diet and exercise routine, you can gain muscles easily in three months. - Mesomorph Mesomorphs have a naturally muscular built. They can tone their body up really well with proper diet and exercise. Mesomorphs should choose a combination of strength training, endurance exercises, and hypertrophy. They should do moderate-intensity exercise 2 days a week and high-intensity workout on 3 days. Mesomorphs should not focus on one kind of exercise only as it can lead to muscle loss. They should take in 35% carbs, 35% proteins, and 30% fats through their diet. Increase your carb intake on the days of high-intensity workout. - Endomorph Endomorphs have a high tendency to gain weight and have bulky bodies. They have a slow metabolism and should do strength training for at least 3-4 days of the week. It is recommended to take rest for one day. They can also do high-intensity workouts for one day.
