A lot of them are nothing more than sugar, carbs and caffeine. They’re just terrible for you. What it’s going to do is give you a spike, then you’ll crash and feel WAY more tired. Monster, Red Bull, Bang Energy, C4, stay away from all that. One of my favorites is Rise. It’s 100% vegan, dairy free, AND it’s organic. It’s a nice cold brew coffee, and honestly that’s it. That’s all you need, some cold brew in a can because it’s way better for you. Coffee has polyphenols which is good for your gut, it’s a good laxative and will give you good natural energy.
